Founder of the group
Trakia-RM EOOD is the common foundation uniting a family group of companies with more than 20 years of experience in developing and managing projects in infrastructure and industrial construction, the development and management of renewable electricity generation projects, agriculture, and the management of agricultural, industrial and residential real estate.
The company was acquired at a public auction on the Stock Exchange in 2004 by Eng. Dimitar Peychev and his wife, Eng. Halina Malecka-Peycheva. Over the years the family has developed each business line through a dedicated specialised company. This structure allows the family to manage efficiently and transparently, with control and traceability of results, and to grow sustainably on the basis of clear data and outcomes.
Today the Trakia-RM group brings together companies with proven professional expertise, which successfully deliver projects with their own financing and a long-term investment strategy.
The Trakia-RM group is a family business, managed jointly by Eng. Dimitar Peychev, Halina Peycheva and their daughter Galina Peycheva-Miteva.

Trakia-RM EOOD is a company with a very long history, the successor of Redki Metali “Buhovo”. For the Peychev family the story begins in 2004, when Eng. Dimitar Peychev and his wife, Eng. Halina Malecka-Peycheva, acquired the company. Trakia-RM EOOD is the longest-standing company in the group and the one at the foundation of our family business. It has extensive experience delivering infrastructure and industrial projects throughout Bulgaria.
The company maintains a certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and is a full member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
Specialised construction expertise
For decades Trakia-RM EOOD has been building and delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects in highly specialised fields that demand strong engineering competence, precision and extensive practical experience.
Among the projects that hold a special place in our history are the construction and reclamation of municipal solid waste landfills — sites carrying a high degree of technical and environmental responsibility — including the landfill in the village of Tsalapitsa, the Mondi Stamboliyski site, the landfill in the town of Elhovo and the landfill in the town of Tri Mogili.
We also have considerable experience in building sewerage and water supply infrastructure. We have delivered more than 20 sewerage systems for settlements in the Plovdiv region, among them Markovo, Krumovo, Ustina and the Anevo district of Sopot, which continue to operate reliably and serve their communities today.
Our construction experience further includes the reclamation and stabilisation of landslides, the reclamation of mining fields at the Maritsa Iztok thermal power complex, the construction of pressurised water mains and sewerage in the villages of Ravnogor and Svezhen, as well as large-scale excavation and embankment works for the Kardzhali–Makaza road.
Among our industrial projects is the construction of the electronic components plant of the global Würth Elektronik group in the village of Belozem — a project combining high construction standards, complex infrastructure and the requirements of an international industrial investor.
For us, the most valuable outcome of a construction project is not simply its successful completion but its long-term durability and flawless performance over the years. The sites we have built continue to function reliably and to create value — for society, for business and for the people who use them every day.

Agriculture: the natural continuation
Agriculture is a natural continuation of the family's philosophy of sustainable development and long-term investment. The family companies own 10,600 decares of farmland in the districts of the villages of Saedinenie, Sarnevets and Malko Dryanovo, Bratya Daskalovi municipality.
The family develops modern agricultural production based on the efficient management of farmland, the responsible use of resources and the application of good agricultural practice. We create sustainable production with care for the land and for future generations.
Rose, lavender and grain
The farms are located in the districts of the villages of Saedinenie, Sarnevets and Malko Dryanovo, Bratya Daskalovi municipality.
The rose and lavender blossom is processed in our own distillation facility for essential oils, to guarantee the highest possible quality and control over the final product. We are proud to work with some of the most reputable buyers of essential oils in the world.
Real estate with a horizon
The group develops and manages a portfolio of industrial, residential and agricultural properties.
We work on acquiring, developing and managing assets with long-term potential, delivering projects aligned with the needs of business, local communities and the contemporary urban environment.
The development of renewable energy has been a strategic direction for our group since 2011, when we delivered our first two photovoltaic power plants, financed entirely with our own funds.
Since then we have continued to invest in green technologies for generating and storing energy. The family owns and manages a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants, most of them with energy storage systems.
We invest in modern technology, intelligent management of energy assets, and solutions that contribute to sustainable development and the energy transition.
